Keep pressing buttons that say exit, or look like little doors until you can't see the program any more.
Go to the Record Search screen, and click on the button that says "Return or Sell a Record".
The search is what's called Case Sensitive. The program thinks that Rabbit and rabbit are completely different. So if a search doesn't turn up any results, try it again with capitals in different places. For example DJ instead of Dj.
